Improving Gas Mileage

Any ideas on how I can improve my gas mileage? My DIY says I'm getting 17.1 on average but I swear it's lower than that. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Install a vacuum gauge. As you drive, keep the vacuum as high as possible at all times..

That will improve your MPG the most. nothing else can beat it.

Reason, you ask? because to maintain high vacuum, you must keep foot off the go pedal.
IT re-trains you how to drive for MPG instead of the fun factor, which we all learned when we thought ourselves to drive.
