Head unit

has anyone replaced their head unit in their dash for something that has more of what they want for nav, hands free, satilite radio option, without OnStar?
Just was looking at crutchfield.com and saw this unit:

I’m looking too. I installed a sub and amp to which won’t function properly. I’m debating the head unit switch too
