hahaha obviously this guys not to concerned! haha just kidding man

LOL Both those shitball plastic end tanks are leaking AND it's leaking from the oil cooler's top *********. So at this point, no I don't really care as long as it holds fluid and doesn't piss it out everytime I get to work. $120 on a piece that will work for a while is OK with me. I have other Chevys I can use this is if needed. :D

I didn't see that Tahoe one listed ... event still the radiator core isn't much small then the one I have now and I have two core so that will effectively double the cooling area ... I think I'll be OK as I'm not towing regularly. We'll see.

I'll be sure to post pics of everything and give a full review ... :Handshake:

OK pics are uploading now ... overall I'm pretty happy. It's a lil smaller then the old one not by much. The core width looks to be about the same as the stock one. It's a sinle pass for sure. The tranny and oil cooler are cylinder based instead of tubes that are wound in a circle. The drain is metal, not plastic. I was always afraid of braking the other one. The best part ... there is a heater return line IN the radiator right below the neck. I'm still toying with the idea of going to an electric water pump. If I do that I loose the return in the top of the water pump, I would have to run a special thermostat housing with a spacer or a radiator with a return like this one. So that's cool ...

Great picts!! Single pass, 2 core isnt bad. Was your stock a single pass, 1 core?

When I go electric fan I am going with this one....highest CFM I have found so that should help with towing..plus it states its good for towing under 18,000 combined GVW and I think I am only at 12-13,000 total when I tow. I will change out the alternator at that time for a 140amp and a "Yellow" top battery (deep cycle)

Nice. 5000 CFM total is good. I will be interested in hearing how they work in the heat. I looked at mine but cant tell if its a single or 2 core...no weld mark along the top of the core.

I tow a tandom axel 7x12 (6 feet tall inside) V nose trailer filled with RC airplanes, generator, and support equipment (tables, chairs, grill, coolers, etc) on a 1200 mile round trip vacation to a fun fly in GA. Other then that I use it to help friends move. LOL

I just ordered a radiator from them... I went with the Tahoe one....2 core. I need it for the install this weekend...of course dont plan to have her driving till the following weekend as I have to pull the motor, swap everything, and reinstall.

Am I forgetting anything for the install of a new 350 crate motor?

I have:
1)new motor mounts
2) new headers
3) new CAI
4) intake gaskets
5) oil/filter/plugs (wires have 1000 miles on them)
6) new radiator
7) new belt
8) new hoses

Sorry to interrupt. A couple of things to mention.
Doesn't your new crate motor include new heads? Mine did. I got mine from a GM dealer.

Things I had replaced that are not on your list are thermostat, distributor ring gear, and a new block heater. If your doing CAI and Headers, may as well do a bigger ThrottleBody as well.

Something that I should have replaced but didn't know any better at the time and is not on your list is to replace the spider assembly with the MPFI upgrade. Highly recommended to do that while you already have the intake apart. I would have had I known about it.

BTW Retorq, that is a very nice looking rad!
