Bought two sets of NNBS badges from Brandon. When I got them in the mail, one letter got lost in transit and one letter got broken, also in transit. I contacted Brandon and he offered to refund some money. I declined and then he offered to send me his last set of letters to make it right. He sent them to me 2nd day air mail. Not exactly the way I want it to go but Brandon made it right and overall was a great transaction. Thanks Brandon!
