Hey all I just picked up a new 2014 tahoe ssv. Can I add the factory USB connection to the stock radio. Also can you add sterling wheel controls? Did some searching with no luck.

I'm also curious as well. Does the radio need to be swapped to get a USB port or is the connector just missing? I have a 2012 PPV.

Our '10 had a jack in the dash to the right of the radio that my wife plugs her iphone into to play the music off it through the truck's stereo. I'm not certain about a USB, there didn't seem to be any harness at the bottom of the center of the dash that would accomplish that feat. But I'm not sure at all.

The steering wheel radio controls are plug and play, though. You'll need the right panels for the wheel, as the PPV wheel doesn't have the provisions on the cover panels. With the right wheel panels, though, absolutely plug and play, just like the DIC.

I just got this off ebay. I'm loving the Gamber-Johnson stuff. This was used and cost about twenty bucks with shipping.
