    Looks like the actuator is dead. It always moves past the end and gets stuck. I'm going to order new ones for mode and both front blend (driver and passenger). From what I can see by looking at them they all have the same part number (52402598). Is that not the case? The blend door actuators...

    Odd-ness So yesterday I changed my oil, cleaned my AEM air filter, and decided to clean my throttle body. Now my A/C is full defrost. Hopefully my mode door actuator didn't die. After work I'm going to turn off the HVA/C, pull the fuse, and disconnect the battery for 15 min.

    If you're getting audio on an FM channel it's an aftermarket DVD that is FM modulated. The OEM is a Panasonic.

    Using a new fob? The auto seat and mirror adjust are based on the fob used to open the door. So if that is turned on the driver's seat and mirrors will adjust based on the saved settings.

    Does it only do it with the blinker? If so then it's a prank; if not you have a short.

    The drivers door module sends it's controls to the other doors via data link through the BCM so it's not easy to tell what the issue is. Might try swapping the back 2 switches if that's possible, not sure if it is.

    Ok didn't realize you had a different truck. I got 0.31A on the front, off the door and the button. 0.75A on the dome in the 2nd row and 0.77A on the map lights in the 2nd row.

    E / I = R 14v / 0.271A = 51.66ohms Which is what the 194 spec sheet says. I did say that wrong earlier I missed a zero; 271mA not 27mA. The 168 spec sheet said 0.357A with a resistance of 39.2 ohms. You can't read resistance with anything in or on. With that info you can add...

    Yes you are reading the bulb correctly ... Unfortunately there isn't a way to read its real ohmage (is that a word?) But the spec sheets tell us they pull between 20 and 35 milliamps so if we set the led circuit to do the same we shouldn't have an issue. The 8 volt reading bothers me...

    So are you telling me if I mess with my passenger door module I can get rid of the TPMS message? The sensors where not there when I bought my truck.

    Anyone know if it's possible

    From the attached diagram it looks like I can tap into the the Transfer Case Shift Control Module. Looks like pin A2 on connector C2 is the output that controls the Front Axle Actuator. I'll have to get to the module and see what the meter says...

    Anyone know if it's possible

    I usually run my truck, '04 Z71, in Auto 4WD. I don't know if this is good or not but it helps when the roads are slick. I was wondering if there is a way to wire an LED somewhere that tells me when the transfer case has engaged the front wheels.
