WTH is this

I just bought this 2002 Yukon so I can park my 1995 2 door to restore it ….. does anyone have any idea what they were doing here ??? The fuses are tied together

Could be an all lights on modification. What happens when you turn on the high beams?

Whatever it is, trace it out and do it correctly. Never bought into jamming wires under fuses except in an emergency.

If you pull a fusebox diagram you'll see that most of the connections are related to headlight circuits, so it's likely something like @S33k3r noted.

That too. It isn't very cleanly done.

Whatever it is, trace it out and do it correctly. Never bought into jamming wires under fuses except in an emergency.

That was the only way of which I am aware to do a 4HI, 6HI, etc. mode on the pre-2003 vehicles. I would be very happy to be proven wrong, however. Mind you, I would not want bare wire showing after someone was done. That's an opening for a short due to water infiltration.

The headlights work like stock only lows or highs …. I was thinking this at first also
