Will these fit the front and rear doors without any modding or spacing? 96 Tahoe 4 door.

Yes but you will not need the the grills. They hide under the door panel. Or you could cut thru the door panels and use the grills. The normally included hardware will allow the fit but you usually always have to re-drill the fastener holes because the OEM only had 1 and clips or three holes total.
