Will 35 watt bulbs/ballasts work in 07 denali fogs?

Ive heard/read mixed opinions. I'm hoping people currently running 35 watt set ups or have tried in the past can chime in.

I already have the 35 watt 5202 6000k bulbs and ballasts and would obviously rather not mess with returning them but dont want to burn up my housings either.

I have DDM Tuning 35W 3000K 5202's in my fogs and don't have any issues whatsoever... They've been in there for almost two years now... Some others, however, haven't been as lucky....

I run 35W 5000k 5202s, they are on whenever the truck is running, been in for over a year now with no issues whatsoever...

If it matters, 2004 Tahoe here with 55W 880's from DDM for 6mths now all good.

I'm anxious to get these things installed to match my fogs to my headlights.

Anyone know why some people melt the housings and others dont? Do bulbs made by different manufacturers burn at different temp's? Thats the only thing I can think of since all 5202 fog light housings on our yukons should be identical, right?

Make sure bulb is installed correctly, try not running your fogs during the day like I've seen some jackasses do.
