wheel suggestions

hey guys i have a 99 two door tahoe that im looking at getting some new wheels for. i would like some steel black off road wheels for as cheap as possible. also i dont wanna have to buy new tires so if anyone knows the dimensions of my stock wheels thatd be nice seeing as how im in Iraq at the moment. thanks
