What type of fuse is this?!

In my 2018 Yukon Denali, water spilled in one of the power ports or the cigarette lighter port towards the front of the center console. The manual shows that this is the fuse in question but I can't find one just like it at any auto parts store or online. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
