I went on a "baseball" trip when graduating high school (and my brother graduating college) as like our last family vacation. We went to games in Minnesota, Toronto, Baltimore, Chicago (Cubs) and Boston and also visited Cooperstown. Minnesota and Toronto were pretty "meh" but Boston and Wrigley were fantastic!!! I've been to Fenway again since then and I love that park. When we visited Baltimore the park was still pretty new so it was neat then.

Man that sounds like a blast. Might be something for me and my little man to do when he gets a little older. You sound like a stand up dad...good for you.

Thanks all for the kind words. Let me clear something up. My son is 29 so I wasn't dragging a little guy around. Also because of his age we hit some awesome bars before and after the game.

I know most of you guys are young so some advice. Do things like this with your child (girl or boy) as often as you can. You will cherish it for the rest of your life.

When my son graduated from high school we wnt to Scotland for 8 days to play golf. 12 years later he still talks about it.
