What can I do to reduce body roll etc

Upgraded sway bars would be a good start.

What do you want? Stiffer ride or reduced body roll?

Aftermarket swap bars will reduce body roll. Shocks generally will make your overall ride smooth to firm to stiff.

Are you @ stock height or dropped?
