Back again. A few days ago when asking for help regarding T's replacement, I mentioned that my truck went into reduced power mode and TCS error with engine light on. Upon Tech2 scan, three ECM and one EBCM codes popped up and all were pointing to throttle body being closed. I ended up replacing TB sensor, calibrated with Tech2 and all seemed fine until today when the truck went into the limp mode again. This time upon scanning, I got ECM P1516, P2101 and again EBCM 0242 (likely to be the result of ECM codes and P2101 likely the result of P1516). There are posts regarding P2101 and TB sensor replacement seem to fix it, but didn't for me. P1516 from 2003-2006 trucks can be attributed to grounding issue, but not sure if that's the case for our generation. The engine is shaking when this happens, so perhaps misfires? For years I also had P1000 code, but no issues with the connection to ECM, currently no issues appear with TB pigtail. Lastly, this issue is intermittent and TB itself is clean and clear of carbon build up. Any tips?
