Why would you send something that is not flat in an envelope??? Their machines are not meant to process rigid things in an envelope. Should have used a box and spent the extra money to make sure they were good to go.

The seller and I agreed he would send it in an envelope to save on postage and I didn't really think much about it. Lesson learned for next time.
