my brothers had this guy camping out in his yard for 3-4 days now. he thought it was just taking a break from the storm, but it seems he knows a bait trap when he see's one. they've got a load of bird feeders, hes just putting on the lbs. small birds and im sure theres mice all buffet style i suppose.

almost looks the same as your guy, from his research it looks like its a barred owl.
