Tune necessary?

I am thinking of doing a cai along with a cat back exhaust system. My question is do I need a tune to take full advantage of the mpg and performance, if any, of the exhaust and cai?

yes. Anytime your letting more air in and out you'll want to make sure you're getting the appropriate fuel in to the motor as well

I would also want to get rid of active fuel management.
