Trouble with adhesive

I am having trouble removing adhesive left from side moldings and window vents...any ideas or tips to speed up the process?

Get an eraser wheel. Hooks up to the end of a drill and will remove it like butter.

Heat gun and time... be careful with the eraser wheel if you go that route. They can burn the paint quick
