I drive a 03 Tahoe z71, it's leveled and the rims are a mamba m2's they have a 5.5 backspace and +25MM offset. The level says I can fit 33x12.5, the tires I want are a 34.61x12.4, if I was to crank the keys all the way up could I fit them with some trimming. Any input would be appreciated.

Define a little trimming. What is the width of your rim. My 33" km2's rubbed and they are flattened out to about 32 and change. Chance are you will need to trim some. If it is a good shop that you know see if they can get a single for you to test fit.

If you want that size go for it. It is not hard to trim just plastic splash guard. Just be careful as that is what keeps junk away from wires, backside of your fog lights, etc.

I got an 01 Tahoe with leveling keys, a 2" spacer, and I'm running 315/70/17's, which is around a 34.4x12.4. I only trimmed the front valence and I only rub a little when cranked hard one way backing up.
