Ticking and no rear heat

Hello I am not too sure if this has been posted before but I have a ticking noise on the passenger side rear of my 05 Chevy Tahoe LT and no rear heat. What can I do to be able to get the ticking to stop and rear heat again? Thanks!!

Pull the trim back and locate the ticking actuator. Replace said actuator and enjoy the heat.

Anyone know of the updated p/n? And also if it is pretty hard to do? Thanks
