Third row seat won't budge

On my 01 Tahoe factory third row

Left side drops and lifts up just fine but I cant remove it. Right side won't even go down the lever is stuck..

Any ideas?

My truck doesn't have water damage, but the mechanisms are rusted and one sticks. I soaked them in oil and they are better, but the one is still sticky, I need to take the time to put a Scotch Brite pad or wire wheel to them.

No water damage.....no rust.....I'd guess the previous owner never removed them and I am the second owner....

Soak in oil? I hit the inside with some wd40

My yukon has the same problem with the passengers side. I tried taking it apart with no luck.
