So knowing that these grocery getters have a 4link rear suspension the question would be what would you think the benefit of doing a torque arm setup to help traction on a launch from a dig. A setup similar to one that used on a GNX.
I was looking at building all upper and lower adjustable bars for the rear but the whole kit from Spohn is cheap enough to eliminate that thought.
I have not had a chance to do and measurements on how long the arm would need to be but had time (working 16hr days to feed the beast) to be thinking about other things that could help traction.
Yes I understand the factory housing does not have a mounting point but instead of sinking money into my factory 3.42 unit I’d have Strange or Moser build one that has that mount needed. Obviously the arm would need to be fab’d up but what got me thinking about this was on the GNX that was a 4link as well with a arm and it worked well.
Thoughts?
