so i just installed my new taillights and the actual taillights dont work, brake lights and signal lights do but thats it. they are wired correct so i am assuming its a fuse but i cant figure out which fuse is for my taillights.

i plugged my old taillights in and same thing and i know they were working

thanks in advance for any help

I'd try looking at the fuse panel on the driver side. There should be a listing of which fuses are which. If you don't see one that's blown there pop the hood and check the fuses there. That should also have a legend of what the fuses are also. I had the same on an older model Chevy k1500. Your symptoms sound the same as mine.

Yep I would look into the fuse box. I've had to look at mine a couple of times and the legend was most useful.
