Finally someone did this conversion. I've always wondered what it would look like, and all I have to say is that looks awesome.

WAT DO YA GUYS THINK I DECIDED TO GO WITH A SILVERADO 2500 HD FRONT END ON MY TAHOE...STILL NEED TO DO OTHER STUFF TO IT LIKE WHITE OUT THE HEADLIGHTS AND PUT ON A BLACK BILLET GRILL AND I NEED TO FIX THE GAP BETWEEN THE GRILL AND BUMPER...

Man, that is insane, I always wondered how that would look. How much was the conversion on that? Was it all bolt on, or did you have to do alot of modifications? You beat me to it. lol

YEA I WAS KINDA WORRIED OF HOW IT WAS GOING TO LOOK BUT SO FAR I HAVE GOT A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO LIKE IT...I WOULD SAY IT WAS ABOUT 85% BOLT ON AND THE REST WAS JUST TO MODIFY THE BUMPER BRACKETS AND THE HOOD LATCH BRACKET...I GOT A REALLY GOOD DEAL ON IT FROM A SALVAGE YARD IN AUSTIN ALMOST EVERYTHING WAS NEW OEM EXCEPT HOOD AND CORE SUPPORT... THANKS GLAD YA LIKE IT

The engine I like, front end conversion... not so much but props for being different. The front and rear fenders not matching would drive me crazy, any plans to match them?

yea i was lookin at the z71 tahoe rear flares and they look like they could work but i might need to get them molded on

Would that alone make the fender wells match up? I was thinking you'd need to take the fenders from a NNBS Hoe (stock) and craft the fender well lip into the the fenders on the front end conversion or something along those lines. Would probably be easier than trying to make the rear fender wells match up
