I have Tahoe 2015 model and it runs almost 300,000km. Which engine oil suits now after 300,000 km? Previously, i was using 0w 20 as mentioned on the engine.

Any Group4 / FULLY synthetic 0W30 / 5W30. If your Tahoe works and/or plays HARD, 0W40 / 5W40.
I prefer Valvoline Restore & Protect, but any Pennzoil Full Synthetic (prefer Platinum or Ultra Platinum), Quaker State, Mobil1, STP. There are others, of course.
If it doesn't say 'full synthetic' or 'fully synthetic', avoid it.

You're effectively at about 185k miles, same as myself in my 2017. I've run 5w-30 since buying it at 40k miles. Good all around oil, changed every 5k.

Right now I have 202K miles on my 2016 Tahoe. Been running 0w20 since I got it brand new. Just going to keep using what I have been using. I use either Mobil or AC Delco if it happens to be at the Stealership for a issue. Change out every 5K miles.
