1st: it's sitting at an amusement park. (Probably in front of some sort of "beachy" attraction)

2nd: it says Hershey, Pa ( I for one never knew PA had a beach)

3rd: this is just some gimmick from Chevrolet.

Yep Chevy Promo. Rear view you can see the Chevy Tower advert next to the truck and the license plate is a Chevy Promo plate.

Plus some a hole put the fins in backwards on the top board. And life guards never carry short boards

Pics are from Hersey Park in Penn. This is just a promo vehicle inside the water park section. Similar concept to a car in the mall. I was with family and snapped some pics of it. Everybody that walked by loved it and were gushing over it then they looked at price and we're like wow that's Pricey. But everybody loved it.
