Subwoofer remote control knob

i am in the process of installing a subwoofer and amplifier in my 2016 yukon slt.
I am looking for the best spot to mount my sub remote control knob

Can i have some ideas please

I just pulled the whole console (cubby, cupholders, etc) and drilled from there. I missed my mark because I wanted it further to the left but whats done is done ahaha. The console containing this cubby and cupholders just pops out.

Yea it shouldn't matter with the cover. Only person to see it will be you and maybe the passenger.

I used the LC2i. the knob I have is for the LOC not the amp.

I tapped the subwoofer wires off the amp in the rear jack area. There's a wiring schematic on here with the colors and location of the wires.

I have 2x500 watts rms subwoofer
1x1000 watt rms amp
My question is do i need a capacitor or do the big 3 upgrade or none of that and ill be fine

Are you using a remote on wire for your lc2i or you are good with the gto technology

Have you adjusted your LC?

When you say it does nothing.... what are you referring to?

Do you have power to your LC? You also have to ground it too. You can tap into the power wire on the factory amp plug to power the LC. Then you can use the bottom bolt on the factory amp to ground your LC.
