I wish I would have read this yesterday. My head unit started cutting out on me so I put a cheap JVC in there and all of a sudden no rear door speakers. What do I do? Off comes the rear door panel, speaker out and it is ok. I thought I set a record too, old unit out and new one in in about 15 minutes. I had to do that twice since I had to go back in and connect the remote wire to power an amp I didn't know was there. Well it works fine and I have a radio again.
