I would suggest to you that there is no 'one size fits all' setting for optimal balance/fader settings.
Some folks like the settings to allow them to hear all speaker groups simultaneously from the driver's position, while other folks just want to hear the front speaker groups from the driver's position (leaving the rear speaker group for the 2nd row passengers).
