So I have an another clunk while turning slowly and the steering feels loose at highway speeds. Also the steering wheel is off as if the alignment is off. I jacked up the truck and pulled back and forth on the wheel at the 9 and 3 o'clock position. It felt very loose and lots of play but its not the hubs and then I noticed the steering shaft...

Has anyone had this issue?

That play looks like it's coming from the steering rack itself, not the shaft. With the truck still on the jacks, grab each tire at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock and try to move it back and forth while looking at both the outer tie rod ends and the dust boots. My guess is you have considerable play in either the inner or outer tie rods, or inside the rack itself.

If there is additional play at the steering wheel itself, here is another fix for that:

How many miles on it?

I’ll have to get it back up and check the rods. The steering wheel doesn’t have that much play, not as bad as the one in that video.
