Bought this and had it on my vehicle for only a couple of weeks. Looks new except for small crack in wind fairing. Dimensions are: Length 44.75” - Width 39” - Height 6.25”. Universal mounting hardware fits round, square, oval and many other factory roof racks.

Asking $115, Buyer pays shipping via DHL.

To answer both of your questions:

Yes it is still available, and it hooks up with 4 clamps that mount to just about any load bar via U-bolts and a bracket, from factory to square to oval and circular.
