SpartanLocker

hi,
I‘m thinking about a SpartanLocker in my 98 Tahoe. It is a daylie ***** and most of the time a Onroad-Truck.
What do you think about this plan, and wehre are the guys with a SpartanLocker?

Mechanic put one in my work truck when the spider gears went out. I drove it one day and went back and made him replace it with OEM parts.

Those types lock under any application of power. So unless you coast through a turn, it will lock when cornering. Results in tire chirping or scrubbing on dry roads and dangerous slippage on wet.
