Sill plate mod on the Escalade..

Picked up these sill plates last month to spruce up the entrance to the Lac and went ahead and slapped them on today.. Glad I did, they look really good and fit great.
They are made of stainless steel and the top is brushed and the sides are polished. They are applied via 3M dbl sided tape and I thought they might not stick and to my surprise they are on there like they were supposed to come on these trucks..

Overall, I think they really set off the interior as opposed to the simple/boring stock sills..

I've actually thought about doing up in suede but the interior it's in such pristine condition it would be a shame right now.

Picked these up from carpartsdiscount.com for $71. I just ordered custom made floor mats with the crest and wreath embroidered from them, good pricing and te quality is better than OEM..
