Shaved Tailgate handle pics

I got my tahoe back from the painter about a week ago and has sat in the garage since then. I'll post pics once I get everything put back together and there is a nice sunny day.

Here are some pics of the shaved tailgate and how I relocated the handle to the inside. I used a spare textured passenger side handle so it will be centered on the tailgate.

A couple more pics after paint. (The rear bumper still needs to be aligned, I just mounted it quickly)

Rear bumper is a painted w/t bumper (same as the Z71's and limiteds)

I did take off the roof rack and shaved the holes. That should account for some weight reduction. lol
