But for what your planning, lots of deals to be had. I just got a 91 accord 98k miles EX, nothing wrong, very mint condition... for $400 bucks. Its older, but already been offered ALOT more than what i paid.. Just for an idea, start off small and build it up..

I want to stay with entry level sport sedans, 335, c-class, IS, A4's but 2003-2007. I have a few bucks to work with so we'll see what I can do
