Rust repair

I took off my rear flare and I found this

The drivers side rear quarter has about a 2"x2" spot I need to cut out and patch. Doing that after winter

How much did that panel cost you ? my rust big hole is the inner rear door jam that i need
to take care of. is that a mig welder your using on that panel ?

I cut the piece of in the junkyard it was $15
And used a mig welder at a low setting
