rubbing driveshaft after lowering 95 Hoe

What's up guys I'm new to the site, I've recently bought a 95 tahoe, guy did a really great job with all the work he did to it, but he told me that when he lowered the truck, the drive shaft rubs a bit on the crossmember, hes notch it out but it still rubs when you take off hard or your towing, has anyone ran through this problem?
