I have a 2008 Z71 Tahoe that I recently installed a rough country 2” leveling kit on… I measured the front & back, ground to the bottom of the fender flare and the rear is about an inch higher, but the front looks higher to the naked eye… so I’m thinking about putting a 1” spacer in the rear…

Q. # 1) Which type of rear lift is the best? I’ve seen 2 or 3 different types of spacers..

Q. #2) what’s the easiest rear lift to install?

The rough country install was so easy and took about 45 min (didn’t follow the instructions at all), just jacked up the truck on a lift, loosened the sway bar, unbolted the shocks on the bottom, slid in the lift and bolted back together…

I also have a 2" front leveling kit like the RC one. I had the same thing where the rear looked too low for me. SO I added a 1" rear spacer and it made it look better IMO. It was a cheap and easy thing to do. My whole set up was about $150 after I install all the parts and got an alignment.

I went with a 1” billet spacer I found on eBay for $50… I was worried about the way the truck would sit and or ride… any problems on ur end at all?

It seems like the rear lift will make it appear to have that factory rake, just a bit more leveled out

mine rides great with both kits installed.

In my sig picture my truck looks like it has alot of rake but it doesn't. I backed up to where I took the picture and the driveway is pitched down alittle. Plus that is with the 1.5" front and 1" rear.
