99 Tahoe 2dr 4x4 currently has later GMC PU 16x7 alloy rims. I'd like to have 17x8 or 9 later model GMC PU rims if they'll fit and don't seriously alter stock geometry. I can't afford aftermarket wheels and would like to keep it somewhat stock looking, but with wider rims/tires. If you've done this or know what year rims will fit, I'd like to know. Thank you

Their search function is clunky, but they have LOTS of nearly-new & unused wheels.

You might be interested in a wheel like 17" x 8.5" Hummer H2 wheels?

Don't know of an OE wheel from any carmaker that is 17" x 9" with our bolt pattern.
Maybe someone else does?

I found new take-off 17x8 steel wheels that fit @ $85 each delivered. I'm reluctant to increase un-sprung weight, but it's probably all I can afford. I'll keep checking nearby recyclers for similar alloys. Thanks for the references.

Thanks, by mentioning where you found those wheels?

Mind that 265/70R17 has far more tire options than most other 'trucky' sizes, so that helps out in terms of what one can afford.
