reverse lights???

about a month ago i got my tranny replaced and ever since then my reverse lights don't work...the tranny was a used one...its not a fuse or the bulbs...i layed under the truck to see if any connectors were loose but everything looks fine...any ideas???

The gear selector on the side had a connector in it, I THINK that is where it tells if it's in reverse. Double check that, it might be loose.

Possibley the linkage...wiggle the selector while in reverse..through neutral and park and see if they flash on for second..if so then ther u go

On the side of the tranny where the shifter cable connects.
