Replacing my fog lamps with air intaks...Help

I want to remove my fog lamps and add air intakes in place. The same style as the Chevy SS trucks have.
Does anyone sell just the inserts or do i have to by a complete bumper/air dam assembly for my 2002 KON

Why is it you want to pull dirty air from down there. Your fuel mileage will suffer when that filter gets dirty.
