Reduced Engine Power

Hi Guys, I know there have been a lot of posts on this issue, but mine has a little different background. I have only driven my 03 yukon maybe 3 or 4 times in the past 4 months (company car), I just jumped it, and as soon as it turned over it threw that code. Is it just b/c the battery is so weak, it hasnt been started in over a month I bet.
