Rear wiper motor and defroster question

So after my glass shattered back in January I put on a new rear hatch glass. I connected everything the way it should have been but my defroster and wiper don't work. I checked the fuses associated with them but they're fine.
Is the rear wiper motor serviceable? If I wanted to put a new one on? And I know I'm screwed if the defroster is junk in the glass.

you should be able to easily remove and install one.
