I have a 04 yukon slt, and my rear view mirror is displaying "OC" on the area where the temp should be. Once in a while it jumps all the way to -40F. Is there a sensor for it, and where is it, and how much do they run usually?

Thanks,

WO

I believe the sensor is right behind the front grille, mounted to the support brace for the hood latch.

Sounds like that might get hotter than outside if you're at a stand still

thanks! Is that something that I could maybe pick up from a junk yard, or online parts store Rather than GMC parts store?
