Rear end swap

I have a 99 sle Yukon. I was looking to convert the rear to disc. After looking at kit prices I see they might be out of the range I am willing to spend. My question is will a rear axle from a late 99 1500sle pickup bolt directly to my yukon. Since the 99the 1500 is the newer body style.
