did it to my LT. only issue was to find the right muffle shop. Some crazy shop told me it could not be done that the high country had a different frame lol

Is your new muffler OEM? If so what was the GM part # if not can you tell me what brand you went with? Thanks

Part #84751055 will fit Tahoe/Yukon if you have a suburban/Yukon XL you need part #84751057 I found this out the hard way had to order both parts cause I have a Yukon XL

Yes, I replaced the lower fascia, it fit perfectly, but the hitch cover does not fit properly. Any ideas what went wrong?

I did the same, but now my original hitch cover will not mount correctly. There is a gap around the edges of the cover.
Any idea what went wrong?

So I went and out the new dual rear bumper cover #84751055 on my 2022 LT using the instructions shown above in this post.

I ordered a pair of staggered 4 inch exhaust tips off eBay $197

Used a local muffler shop and had them custom make an exhaust pipe off the single pipe right in front of the spare tire.
I wasn’t interested in a louder system. It was the look of dual exhaust that interested me. I had them remove the resonator that is directly in front of the single exhaust on the passenger side.

I think it turned out great.
Took an LT, added black

22 inch rims, tinted the windows, and changed the rear bumper cover for a 6.2 functional dual exhaust look.

I also removed original facia and replaced with dual (quad) exhaust cut out facia as well. I purchased an OEM axle back through my local OfferUp for $100. I figured it was chap enough to not have to worry if it was an XL or not. I’m going to install the OEM hangers for the mufflers (on order, should have them in about a week cost $156) and the mid pipe from a vin that is non XL that has the quad exhaust. If I am correct, all I will have to modify is the flange from the headers to mid pipe, since I believe the quad exhaust pipe is bigger and a little shorter and possibly move one exhaust hanger. I should have everything ready to install in a week or two.
