Rear barn door lock actuator

Have a 1999 two door Tahoe with barn doors and the lock actuator has gone bad, having a hard time finding the part number or if it is the same as the drivers front door.

Call your local GM parts counter. Give them your VIN. They will be able to give you the GM part number for the barn door lock actuator.

I had the same problem with mine a few weeks ago. If you have the barn doors, there will be tabs on the door jam up at the top that are likely tarnished. I cleaned the 4 on the passnger side and the two on the driver side and mine works perfectly. May make sure that the buttons are going in and out.
