My sons 2012 Denali has a blend door that is bad on the rear A/C. I pulled the cover off the rear A/C and no visible actuator. I can’t find any videos or anything that show how to disassemble and replace. Anyone with experience with this model? See pics

The actuators are under the C-Pillar on that side, going up the side, that's why you cannot see them.

Well, I have now figured out how to get the rear a/c actuators accessed. You have to take the temp sensor wire off the duct at the orange arrow area. Take the 2 screws out in the yellow circles. Gently jerk the **** out of the duct. Gently lean a/c unit out and unplug the bad actuator. Then take the 3 T-20 torx screws out.
(Side note: I would love to kick the **** out of whichever wise ass designer changed the location of the actuator from the outside to the inside of the a/c unit. I hope this helps someone.

This helped me out tremendously! Thank you! I couldn’t find a diagram anywhere. Engineers making our life more difficult man.

Thought I’d stick this in here since I pulled the carpet recently for replacement. It shows the shape of the long wheel base rear hvac unit. If you zoom in you can also see that there’s at least one OEM red automotive fuse integrated into the assembly’s exterior.

There’s no way access it unless you pull the side panel cover off. It’s probably for the actuator. This is an 09 Esky.

Did you have to takethe clips off the bottom of the unit to be able to lean it away from the fender wall? I can't seem to get mine to lean out far enough to access the actuator.
