didnt notice it until i took that whole banks plugs out

what had happen was, kept showing up on the scanner as spark knock at idle and nothing i did in the tune would make it go away.

woke up this morning and said f-it let me pull all the plugs (to swap) and get the injectors cleaned (again). i dont know a whole lot about reading plugs, but i was trying to find out which cylinder the detonation was occurring. i probably ran my finger across it and found it

Mighty mouse catch can showed up, easy install, i ordered it with brake booster mounting bracket and billet clamp. This is their pcv can, packed full of shrapnel . uses a "valve" of sorts and a disc in the filter to suck back to intake (regulated cause 8an is way to big to recirc back into intake) , under boost the intake hose blocks off and the disc in the filter allows it to breath to atmosphere

I take it that one doesn’t operate under boost then? The one I bought from Elite Engineering does.....

i mean... it goes to atmosphere under boost lol.
the only place there would be vacuum under boost for me would be ahead of the turbo inlet, but a filter mounts directly to the turbo so theres really no where to put a port

Yeah I put an inlet on my air intake tube after the MAF but I guess you don’t have that option unless you put it directly in the filter housing. I mean, my engine doesn’t look NEARLY as badass as yours do I like the fact it added more braided hose so I can fake it.

Driveshaft...
PSTDS.com, not too shabby...placed order, they made, shipped, waiting till it was delivered to bill lol. Nothing bad to say about them, I pull it out of the box, pull the one out of the truck lay them side x side. And end to end complete they are within a 1/4" with that short strange yoke :( which was pretty much my gripe about the driveshaft i had into the transfer case you can kinda see the wear mark about half way on the stock yoke where it was riding and i wanted more engagement

Soo mind you, this is full droop, rear axle would have to be airborne to be this far out. But lining up the strange yoke would be within an inch from coming out of the back of the transfer case...and given the splines dont start for about a 1/2" thats not much...so i made the executive decision to swap the stock yoke onto it
