Yeah a friend of mine has a heavly modded 97 f250 4x4 eclb powerstroke and he pulled off a 8.00 in the 1/8th spining off the line and going into second. He ran the whole thing in 4hi and on 35s.
My suggestions:
Stage One: intake, exhaust, tune
Stage Two: LT headers, cam
Stage Three: Built tranny, Torque Converter, Blower
Replace injectors much? LBZ Duramax FTWi find that shocking...i smoked a new 6.2L Denali last night in my f-250 6.0L...

True but my dad has an LMM and his last truck was an LBZ, and he had an 03 F250 6.0 which i will admit wasn't half bad.Nope.
You don't even have a diesel truck.
I wouldn't. Maybe a 12v Cummins.I would take a 7.3 over a duramax. But a new duramax over any other diesel today.

I've seen plenty of Duramax's and Powerstroke's owned by 12 & 24v Cummins powered trucks. [yt]Cqos9aKuSfQ[/yt]cummins= 6 cylinder gay ness. I will never own less than a v-8, no matter what.
what happened? Blown trannys are pretty common or so I have heard(never owned a Dodge parents have never owned a Dodge either)id love a cummins, but never in a dodge. i could never drive a dodge truck (again).
So i have heard. Just a few weeks ago didn't you want a challenger?dodge just builds shit. Interiors have more plastic than a revelle model of its self. and the revelle model will last longer and feels more solid.
